Meet Annalisa

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I grew-up immersed in the theatre world.  My dad made his living as a stagehand so I spent a good portion of my childhood backstage. After high school, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from California State University Long Beach.  After graduation, I worked on multiple productions self-producing, directing, writing and performing.  I then spent some time traveling across the United States performing in an interactive performance art experience I co-created titled 'human to human'.  I then followed my travel bug down to Central America where I spent a year living and working as an Artist in Residence, leading communities in theatre projects focused on social change.  I continued to travel to Southeast Asia until I moved back to the United States and decided to establish roots here in New York City.
