Born and raised in Los Angeles, I grew-up immersed in the theatre world. My dad made his living as a stagehand so I spent my childhood backstage. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from California State University Long Beach. I then worked on multiple productions self-producing, directing, writing and performing. Afterwards, I performed in an interactive performance art experience I co-created titled 'human to human' across the U.S. I then followed my travel bug down to Central America where I spent a year as an artist in residence, leading communities in theatre projects focused on social change. I continued to travel to Southeast Asia until I decided to establish roots here in New York City.
